Culinary certificates awarded for completing UMEM Ability’10 Project course

UMEM Ability’10 Project Certificate Ceremony took place as a part of Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chamber’s traditional awards ceremony. Five individuals representing the nineteen who completed the culinary course successfully in Kumluca, Antalya, received their certificates from TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu spoke during the ceremony, “If you want to attain qualified personnel as well as lowering the burdens of employing, this project provides you with the means.” Stating that the most prominent problem of the business world is finding qualified human resources, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the UMEM Ability’10 Project solves both of these problems at the same time.

 

The TOBB President stated that this project is also of great benefit to the unemployed. “A daily stipend of 25 TRY throughout 3 months of training followed by 3 months of apprenticeship followed by employment,” said Hisarcıklıoğlu and urged employers to take on personnel via this method, “Apply at our chambers and benefit from this system. Lower your costs and attain qualified personnel.”
