Wishing him success in his appointment, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “When you were elected as the Municipality Director of Ceyhan, I was a Vice President at TOBB and we met during a foundation laying ceremony in Adana. I’ve since then followed you successes closely as a close friend. Hopefully Allah will aid in proving beneficent as Adana Municipality Director as well.”

Adana Municipality Director Hüseyin Sözlü stated that he wouldn’t be a municipality director who just went through the motions:

“Further than just picking up trash, constructing roads and enacting development plans, we will give opportunities for investors. We will give morale and increase motivation for investors and support them in their beneficent endeavors such as building mosques and schools.”
