The fourth Constitution Platform Citizen Meetings was held in Diyarbakır. Speaking at the opening of the meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The present constitution is unable support our great goals. We will replace these garments that no longer fit us with the tailoring of the people.”​
