Foreign Affairs Minister Deputy Naci Koru visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. During the visit views were exchanged in regards to the implementation of the Cooperation Protocol between TOBB and the Foreign Affairs Ministry in regards to the “Home Overseas Turks Communication Portal”.​

Chechnya Deputy Prime Minister Hakim Hakimov visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu providing information in regards to Chechnya during the meeting, the visiting Deputy Prime Minister stated that there is a very dependable business environment in Chechnya and urged Turkish companies to invest, especially in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, greenhouse farming, food, fruit farming, textiles and furniture.​

Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO) Board Chair Metin Demir and the Board Members accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office and exchanged views.​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Memur-Sen Chairman Ali Yalçın. A congratulatory visit in regards to Ali Yalçın’s election as Chair following the 5th General Assembly of Memur-Sen, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu extended his well wishes for Yalçın. Memur-Sen Chairman Ali Yalçın and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu conversed for a while.​

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey (TBMM) Cemil Çiçek made a farewell visit to TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

In his press release regarding the May 19th, the Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that May 19th on which the torch for the War of Independence was lit is a very significant day and said, "Our youth, with the knowledge of those who were martyrs for this cause and this great struggle, will carry our nation to the forefront of civilization."​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Minister for Science, Industry and Technology Fikri Işık and Minister for Development Cevdet Yılmaz, visited the Diyarbakır Organized Industry Zone and attended the opening of the Mina Galvanized Works Factory.​

The third Domestic Product Certification Introduction and Support for SMEs / Women and Youth Entrepreneurs Meeting was held in Diyarbakır and attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Development Minister Cevdet Yılmaz and Science, Industry and Technology Minister Fikri Işık.​

In Diyarbakır for the Domestic Goods Certificate Promotion / Incentives for Women and Youth Entrepreneurs Meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Diyarbakır Governor Hüseyin Aksoy at his office.​
