TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the chambers and stock exchanges are providing 5-star services to their members and lead the way for the private sector.

Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the chambers and commodity exchanges which became accredited , “The quality of service offered by our chambers and commodity exchanges has been proven by another 24 chambers and exchanges. 52 chambers and exchanges have once again shown that there are no limits to the quality of service they provide.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the brand value of the Accredited Chambers / Commodity Exchanges is moving to higher levels every day in the institutionalization adventure, “Our chambers and exchanges continue to be the chief actor in the development of their provinces and counties. Our aim is to make accreditation a standard procedure for 365 chambers and exchanges.”

Chambers / Exchanges which are able to pass audit on a set of 103 criteria regarding: Information and Communication Technologies, Usage of Information and Communication Technologies, Quality and Communication Network, Policy and Representation, Information, Consultancy and Support, which constitutes Accreditation Standard, Management and Chamber Law, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Business Planning and Management, Business Development and Education, International Trade, Stock Exchange Activities.

Accredited chambers / commodity exchanges are also subject to performance metrics at the point of providing sustainable and quality service through re-audit every three years.
