Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce Chair Metin Güler visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. There was a mutual exchange of views during the visit. ​

Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu issued a statement regarding the passing of Demirören Group's founder and Chairman Erdoğan Demirören, one of the business world’s important names.​

Developing Eight (D-8) Ambassadors met at the iftar supper hosted by TOBB. Speaking at the opening of the dinner addressing the strategic roadmap of the Federation of Trade and Industry Chambers (FCCI) TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that there are various instances of cooperation in a number of sectors, from trade to agriculture and industrialization, from tourism to energy and transportation, “However, we are unable to fully utilize this potential.”​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ankara Hazar İbrahim at his office.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the meeting hosted by Ankara Governor Ercan Topaca and exchanged views on the Ankara International Fairground Project.​

Deputy Minister of Customs and Commerce Fatih Çiftçi visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office.​

During its ordinary meeting in June Malatya Battalgazi Municipal Council decided to honor Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu with 'Honorary Townsman Fellowship’.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, speaking at the iftar dinner of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and relatives of martyrs and veterans, said, “Muslims are prudent and insightful. Then we must foil the ploys of the merchants of chaos and those who would engender pandemonium. As the business community, we appreciate more and more the value of stability today.”​

Sungurlu CCI Chairman Behiç Akkaş and the delegation accompanying him visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office and extended their well wishes. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in a message regarding World Trade Fairs Day, stated that the fair organization plays a vital role in turning production into sales and growing the economy and stated that TOBB has carried out work with the industry for the healthy development of the exhibition industry.​
