TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Raul S. Hernandez, newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Ankara.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the consultation meeting on Waste Import Applications held in TOBB under the chairmanship of TOBB board member Zeki Kıvanç.​

“Energy Performance Model” agreement was signed by TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU) Hospital and Enerjisa Energy. Under the agreement, which was witnessed by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, the “Energy Performance Model” for energy efficiency will be implemented at TOBB ETU Hospital.​

The Congress of Insurance Agents was hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the close of the congress, stressed that without the concept of insurance, the economy and its trade have no chance of growth. Hisarcıklıoğlu said: "Insurance is not a luxury but a mandatory requirement.”​
