Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Tax Advisory Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Council President Fatih Dural with the participation of TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç. ​

The meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Forest Products Council was held with the participation of the Council Members under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan A. Sadıkoğlu and Council President Haluk Yıldız.​

TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council Western Mediterranean (1st Region) Regional Meeting was held online.​

Within the scope of the “Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol” signed between the Ministry of National Education, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and TOBB ETU, in-service training activities for teachers in vocational high schools will be organized in cooperation with TOBB and Google.​

The Meeting of the Turkish Furniture and Forest Products Council was held online with the participation of Deputy Ministers of Commerce Reza Tuna Turagay and Sezai Uçurmak and Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).​

Academicians appointed as Academic Advisors for the first time in 2021 of the Academic Advisors project, which has been carried out in cooperation with TOBB and TEPAV since 2014, had the opportunity to consult with provincial academic advisors who have been in the process since the beginning of the project on examples of good practice and process improvement. It was decided to exchange views in the following days on the projects carried out on a regional basis. ​

The number of newly established companies, the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 31,5% 4,0% and 12,9% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) held a meeting with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization under the chairmanship of Ali Kantur, chairman of the Turkish Waste and Recycling Industry Council.​

TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council (TOBB KGK), Transportation and Logistics Sector Meeting was held online with the participation of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council Members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Board of Directors Treasurer Faik Yavuz attended the opening session of the 21st Public Administration Quality Symposium, held in cooperation with TOBB and the Ankara Branch of the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer) online on April 13-14-15 in order to improve the quality of management in the public administration sector.​
