The “Capacity Report Expert Training,” which must be taken by those who will be assigned to issue the Capacity Report from the experts on the Chamber Expert lists, was held online.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) TIR Committee convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, with the participation of TIR Committee members.​

Hakan Ülken, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the 2nd Conference of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Chambers of Commerce and Industry organized by the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) in Isfahan on 29-30 April 2024.​

Mehmet Büyüksimitci, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the Türkiye-US Business Round Table Meeting held with the participation of Bryant Trick, Deputy Trade Representative of the United States for Europe and Central Asia.​

TOBB Provincial KGK Eastern Mediterranean Regional Meeting was held online with the participation of the provinces of the region.​

“Labor Life in the Turkish Century: The Future of Labor, Trade Union Organization and Employment,” the 13th Labor Council meeting was attended by TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci representing the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).​

İbrahim Akbal, Chairman of the Turkish Natural Gas Sector Council, and the accompanying delegation visited EMRA President Mustafa Yılmaz and TPAO Chairman Ahmet Türkoğlu in their offices and wished them success in their new positions.​

Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Hakan Ülken paid a visit to Tehran on April 27-28, 2024 to participate in Iran EXPO 2024.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Chamber/Exchange Council Members Information Seminar, which covers April 27-28, 2024, started at TOBB Twin Towers.​

During the first three months of the year 2024 the number of newly established Companies and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 15,5% and 35,2% while the number of cooperatives increased by 0,7% according to the same period of the year 2023.​
