IMEAK Chamber of Maritime Commerce Kocaeli Branch was opened in a ceremony attended by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Körfez Chamber of Commerce, meeting with council members as well as women and young entrepreneurs.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended to the opening ceremony of the MAPSİS Aerospace and Defense Industries Production Facility which started production in Kocaeli.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the ceremony wherein Çalık Holding Chairman Ahmet Çalık, for his contributions to the strengthening of relations between Turkey and Japan was awarded the “Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon medal,” deemed worthy by the Emperor of Japan Naruhito. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated Çalık and wished continued success.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stating that the Central Bank’s decision to cut interest rates will lower both the funding costs and deposit rates of banks, “Now it's the banks’ turn. I'm calling on them. Banks must also make sacrifices and this reduction should reflect on loan interests as soon as possible.”​
