Attending the taxpayer award ceremony in Çerkezköy, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu praised organized industry zones (OIZs). Pointing out the economic problems in neighboring Greece, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that one of the primary reasons Turkey is not in the same position is thanks to the OIZs.​

Visiting the Çerkezköy Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the chamber and exchange presidents of the Thracian Region. Hisarcıklıoğlu listened to the complaints and suggestions of the presidents such as the matter of vocational training and qualified employees, incentive mechanisms for chambers as well as the need to complete the Hayrabolu Highway in addition to the connecting the OIZ to the railways.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Aksaray’s Rising Values award held by the Aksaray Commodity Exchange.​

Attending the Aksaray Commodity Exchange Agricultural Trade Center foundation laying ceremony, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the total global income has increased by 33 times while agriculture and livestock husbandry have increased 175% in price.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated İsmet Yılmaz on his election as Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey (TBMM).​

In his celebratory message regarding the July 1st Cabotage Day, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “If Turkey is to grow its economy and become one of the 110 largest economies in the world, one of the foundational dynamics of it needs to be maritime trade.”​

TOBB and TOBB University of Economy and Technology (TOBB ETU) Board of Trustees President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the iftar meal held by the TOBB ETU Alumni Association (TOBB ETU MED) at the university campus.​
