Visit to Van Governor Bilmez
The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan visited Van Governor and the Van Metropolitan Area Deputy Mayor Mehmet Emin Bilmez at his office. A mutual exchange of views took place during the visit.

Kapıköy Customs Gate opened
Kapıköy Customs Gate was opened. The Kapıköy Customs Gate, commissioned by TOBB with an investment of 112 million TRY, will be the gateway of Anatolia to Asia and the transition point of Asia to Anatolia. Speaking at the opening, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Kapıköy, put into service with the latest technology, would bring Van its former glory. |

Women Writing the Future Project starts in 24 cities
The trainings for the Women Writing the Future Project started simultaneously on March 16, 2019, in 24 provinces between 10:00 – 17:00 with 1601 participants in 58 classes. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that the success of Women Writing the Future will destroy the perception that technology is an area belonging to men. |
