Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu released a statement to mark the 80th anniversary of the passing of Atatürk.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with newly appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ankara, Marjanne de Kwaasteniet. During the meeting held at the TOBB Twin Towers which saw discussion on trade and economic relations between Turkey and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Ambassador de Kwaasteniet was provided with detailed information about TOBB's activities. ​

Representatives of the real sector and finance sector came together for consultation in Istanbul. The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) - Turkey Banks Union (TBB) Real Sector and Financial Sector Dialogue Strengthening Meeting was held in Istanbul after Denizli, Konya and Izmir. Before the meeting, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and TBB President Hüseyin Aydın stated that they’ve convened to talk about the issues and to have the two arteries of the economy understand each other better.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the 8th Entrepreneurs Power of the Future Forum (G3), said, “You must keep your eyes on the world and try to learn a foreign language. Learn to work together. Every job starts with a dream; imagine and go after your dreams.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was received by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.​

Organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI), the Asia-Pacific Economic Summit, which aims to bring together the business communities of Asia-Pacific countries and Turkey, will be held on the 23rd and 24th of November, 2018, in Istanbul.​

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Matthew Palmer, the US Assistant Secretary of State in charge of Western Balkans and Southern Europe with Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.​
