Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended a video conference meeting with the provincial heads of the Union of Chambers of Financial Advisors and Chartered Accountants of Turkey (TÜRMOB), chaired by Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Minister of Family, Labour and Social Services.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu held a video conference with TTSO Members as President of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO).​

Urging all banks to support the companies that are in trouble, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Our companies are being turned down by banks without their applications even being processed, saying that 'they’ve reached their limit.’ I want to issue a call to all the banks. This is neither the time to think of profitability, nor play favorites.”​

Turkey's leading professional organizations, trade union confederations and non-governmental organizations have made a joint statement regarding the fight against the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19), which is effective in Turkey as well as all over the world.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu discussed the effects of coronavirus on the economy and social life in a video conference with members of the Turkish Wing of the Turkey-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC).​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Senior Vice President Myron Brilliant discussed the work carried out within the scope of COVID-19 via video conference. Hisarcıklıoğlu and Brilliant evaluated the areas of work for the coming period.​
