Mr. Memiş Kütükcü was born in Konya on 1st May 1957. After graduating from Gümüşhane Teacher Training High School, Kütükcü completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Konya State Engineering and Architecture Academy (KDMMA). He obtained his graduate degree from the Bachelor of Science, Selçuk University.

 

He started his career at TÜMOSAN Inc, as the Chief of ERNA Air and Heat Devices, then served as the Procurement Director in the same company. After being the Operating Manager in a company engaged in on-vehicle crane manufacturing, in 1993, he became the CEO of Hidrokon Co. Ltd. and Merkez Hidrolik Co. Ltd.

 

Between 2004 and 2009, he acquired a seat in the Municipal Assembly of Konya Metropolitan Municipality and the District of Karatay. He has been the Acting President of the Municipal Assembly of Konya Metropolitan Municipality since 2009.

 

Being an Assembly Member of the Konya Chamber of Industry since 2009, Mr.Kütükçü was elected to be the President of the Executive Board of Konya Chamber of Industry on 5th May 2013. Moreover, he has been the President of the Executive Board of Konya Organized Industrial Zone. He has been in the Executive Board of the Organized Industrial Zones Board of Directors (OSBÜK) between June 2013 to August 2016. He has been the President of OSBÜK  since August 2016.

 

Memiş Kütükcü is married and has 3 children.
