Public administration, universities and the industry convened at TOBB

The Pre-9th EU Framework Program Public-University-Industry Meeting was held with the participations of TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, TOBB Chairman of Durable Consumer Goods Council Dr. Fatih Ebiçlioğlu and TUBITAK EU Framework Programs Director Selda Ulutaş Aydoğan at the TOBB Social Facilities.
TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibas said in his opening speech that every country is struggling for to be the first in the fields of education, health and economy in order to raise countries' welfare levels during this period of rapid change. “However, societies that produce technology and have knowledge are successful in this struggle. At this point, universities and industry have important tasks in order to have knowledge and transform this knowledge into technology. Scientists are developing innovative ideas in universities, but few ideas have the chance to turn into products.”
