TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibas pointed out that it is a very productive meeting where social dialogue is working and that the use of the meal card system is attractive to employers when the income tax and SGK exception are taken into consideration, but that the meal cards will lose their attraction if this exception is reflected in the cash payments to the employees.
