Kadir Başoğlu was elected as the Chairman of the Earthen Industry Products Council

Turkey Earthen Industry Products Council Meeting was held in Ankara to elect the Council Chairmanship, presided over by Hakan Ülken, Member of the TOBB Board of Directors, as well as evaluating the state of the sector.​

Hakan Ülken, a member of the TOBB Board of Directors, emphasized that the Sectoral Councils of Turkey have been active since 2006 and that the councils are the platforms that bring together the public, private sector and sectoral NGOs on a legislative basis. After the opening speech by Ülken the election for the Chairmanship of the Council took place.

 

Kadir Başoğlu, Chairman of the Brick and Tile Industry Association, was elected as Council Chairman while AKG Gazbeton Establishments Co. Inc. Assistant General Director İbrahim Sırrı Güvenc was elected Council Speaker.
