Halim Mete: Turkey retains its attractiveness for foreign investment

TOBB Board Vice Chair Halim Mete accompanied Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek on his Luxembourg visit.​

Mete gave a speech at the meeting attended by members of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and high level representatives of prominent Luxembourg companies, assuring them that Turkey’s economy remains strong following the July 15th coup attempt.

Mete, in regards to the cooperation agreement signed with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce last year, stated that they want to cooperate in the logistics, construction and tourism sectors.

Attending the business luncheon held in honor of Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet ÅžimÅŸek, Halim Mete met with Luxembourg Deputy Prime Minister Etienne Schneider and Luxembourg Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna.

The Turkish delegation met with the press and discussed recent developments afterwards.
