Investment opportunities in Greece discussed in detail

As a part of Greek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dimitrios Mardas’ visit to Turkey, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) held a meeting on “Investment Opportunities in Greece.” The meeting, presided over by TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay, was held with the attendances of businesspeople and entrepreneurs active in Greece as well as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mardas.​

TOBB Board Member Günay said in his speech, “Our governments have set themselves the goal of 10bn USD in bilateral trade. We are determined to increase our trade volume with the support of our governments.” Touching on the importance of Greece-Turkey relations, Günay reported that by working together in such platforms as EUROCHAMBRES and the Balkan Chambers Union, they have come a long way.

Greek Deputy Minister Foreign of Affairs Dimitrios Mardas, in his presentation – “Investment Opportunities in Greece” – referenced Einstein’s quote, “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity,” and stated that there are significant opportunities for investors in Greece.
