The Turkey Enterprise Capital Council met for the fourth meeting of the year in Istanbul. Attending the meeting in addition to the enterprise capital fund managers were public and civil society organizations’ high level representatives.​

The business plans for the work subgroups were established during the meeting and it was decided that individual meetings could render council work more active. It was agreed that advisers, lawyers and lawmakers who would be invited to meetings could help with the problems which might occur regarding the legislature on the sector.

It was agreed that visibility is important in order to undertake more active work and it was discussed how universities might support this process.

The obstacles corporate investors face in investing in enterprise capital funds and way in which to overcome these obstacles was also discussed. The Global Entrepreneurship Week, to be celebrated between 14-20 November, was also assessed.
