“We do not have petroleum or natural gas,” said TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu, “but, praise be to Allah, we have an extraordinary enterprising spirit.” Saying that he had attended a factory opening in the Ulukent Industry Zone on the way to Menemen, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the owner of the factory was a worker who had retired 5 years ago and that this was a great success.

Stating that the new service building was an asset for Menemen, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “The most beneficent of people is the one who is beneficent to others. A man builds a bridge and a thousand others use it. There is a bridge built here. We have set ourselves a goal as Turkey to become one of the top 10 economies in the world by 2023, the centennial anniversary of our republic. This means raising the income of everyone from 10,000 to 20,000 dollars. With the grace of God, we will succeed. If Menemen succeeds, Turkey will succeed. Our fates are one.”

The opening of the new service building of the Menemen Chamber of Commerce was attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, TOBB Vice-President Bülent Koşmaz, TOBB Board Member Ender Yorgancılar, Menemen Municipality Manager Tahir Şahin, Menemen District Governor Turgut Subaşı, Menemen Chamber of Commerce Board President Yılmaz Güral and many guests.
