Reporting on the activities of ABİGEM, Necdet Özer stated that personnel recruitment for ABİGEMs were complete, all personnel trained and center portfolios were complete. ABİGEMs, with their tech support, the Project Coordination Unit at TOBB, foreign and local short term expert, have reached a level to aid SMEs in all fields it is required. Four new ABİGEMs have rendered 782 instances of consultation services, prepared 134 business plans, trained 7,192 people in approximately 150 training sessions and supported the founding of 104 new establishments.

Stating that ABİGEMs are working to increase the competitive power of the region’s SMEs, Özer said, “You, who support and guide ABİGEM’s have great duties in regards to the future of ABİGEMs and therefore, the region.”
