As part of the IV UN LDCs Conference, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and authorities from Bangladesh have signed a Turkey-Bangladesh Business Council agreement.​

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Lütfü Kırdar met with Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in Muhsin Ertuğrul Theatre in the conference valley during the International Conference and Exhibition Palace Fourth United Nations Conference on Least Developed Countries in Istanbul.
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu signed the Turkey-Bangladesh Business Council agreement with authorities from Bangladesh before the two Prime Ministers.
