‘Do not give up agriculture and animal husbandry’ warning in Susurluk Commodity Exchange

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkikye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Susurluk Commodity Exchange. Hisarcıklıoğlu, who met with the members of the assembly hosted by Susurluk Commodity Exchange Chairman Sefer Göçer and examined the new service building, emphasized that Susurluk is an important agricultural and livestock center.​

While stating that Susurluk is working non-stop for agriculture and animal husbandry, he said the following: "Our commodity exchange is an accredited commodity exchange. It offers 5-star service to its members. My brother Sefer, the Chairman of TOBB Livestock Board represents you there. As TOBB and Commodity Exchanges, we ensure that agricultural products are stored in licensed warehouses. We established TÜRİB on top of licensed warehousing to protect producers and industrialists. We have seen the importance of being a self-sufficient country again during the pandemic. The price increase in food and agriculture is above the general price increase. So never give up agriculture and animal husbandry."
