M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Deputy President of the European Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBRES) and President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), attended the EUROCHAMBRES Presidential Handover reception in Brussels.​

At the reception, Christoph Leitl handed over the presidency of EUROCHAMBRES to Luc Frieden.

Prior to the reception, Hisarcıklıoğlu discussed Turkey-EU relations with the TOBB Brussels Representative Office team.
