Emphasizing that by choosing these schools, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the diploma of the students who will prefer these schools will be their profession.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu reminded that they have moved to a 'new and dynamic' vocational education model in accordance with the necessities of the age in order to train the qualified workforce needed by the private sector with the Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol signed on February 26, 2019. “Within the scope of the protocol, we started to work with 81 vocational high schools in 81 provinces. With the success we have achieved, the number of schools has reached 113. Behind our schools is the support of MEB, TOBB and TOBB ETU as well as our Chambers and Exchanges in the provinces and districts. With the public-private joint management model, we ensure that vocational education is designed in line with both dynamic and the needs of industry, trade and agriculture through our Chambers and Exchanges locally. Our youth who will choose our schools, when they graduate, will not be 'intermediates', but 'sought-out employees'.”
Noting that the most important anchor Turkey needs to achieve its future goals is human capital, Hisarcıklıoğlu said: “The human capital we need is made up of our young people who have qualified vocational training. For this reason, we have a responsibility as TOBB to educate young people. It fulfills this responsibility in the best way with the support of our Chambers and Exchanges in 81 provinces. We are transforming our vocational high schools into centers where our young people who can become experts in their fields, equipped with the requirements of the age, where entrepreneurial young people can emerge. With the Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol, we integrate vocational education with the real sector. However, we are training young people who will be the entrepreneurs of the future, who will produce more inventions and more patents in the field of high technology.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that vocational education through chambers and exchanges has been redesigned both dynamically and in line with the needs of the sector. “We are setting up new workshops and laboratories in 113 schools in 81 provinces and renewing existing ones.
