Stating that workers and employers are two main elements of production, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “As a country, we can only reach our goals with the solidarity of workers and entrepreneurs. I congratulate all my working brothers on May 1^st, Labor and Solidarity Day.”

Although the interests seem different, workers without employers, the employer without workers would not make no sense, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Therefore, our first goal is to produce. It's impossible to share without producing. That's the only way we can reach bright tomorrows, a prosperous life together. We're in a world where competition is very intense. We need one thing in this new world order, and that's to understand and love each other, to work hard, to produce.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Turkish business community, as members of a civilization where labor and the sweat of the brow are considered sacred and based on fair sharing, I congratulate all my fellow worker brothers on May 1^st, Labor and Solidarity Day.”
