Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan, visited the Kayseri Chamber of Commerce and met with Kayseri Chamber of Commerce President Ömer Gülsoy and Board Members prior to the Kayseri Regional Consultation Meeting. ​
