The reception on the section of the Presidential Complex called “pooled garden” started with a short film screening prepared for August 30^th Victory Day and the Turkish Armed Forces Day. President Erdoğan gave a greeting speech after the Quran recitation. After the speech, the special film prepared for Malazgirt Victory was also screened.

At the reception in which Hisarcıklıoğlu attended, Vice President Fuat Oktay, MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, Chief of Staff General Commander Yaşar Güler, BBP Chairman Mustafa Destici, İyi Party Chairman Meral Akşener, former Grand National Assembly of Turkey Chair Bülent Arınc, Members of the Presidential Cabinet, bureaucrats, relatives of martyrs, veterans, representatives of media organizations, writers, foreign diplomats, academicians and representatives of non-governmental organizations were also present at the meeting.

Translation for President Erdogan's speech was presented for foreign guests. During the reception, Presidential Guard Regiment Band, Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) Mehteran Band and the TAF Brass Band performed.
