Turkish – Japanese Businessmen Meeting took place with the attendances of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız, Economy Minister Zafer Çağlayan and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.

Following the meeting, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe signed the proclamation confirming the agreement signed between Turkey and Japan for a strategic partnership and in regards to cooperation on nuclear energy.
