TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his meeting with the governor that the meeting is actually a citizens’ meeting. Referring to the fact that 4^th of September had great significance for both Sivas and the country, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that being a native of Sivas is a privilege. 

Minister Tüfenkci stated that Sivas is one of the backbones of Turkey. The economy, the trade, the agriculture and the production of Sivas are among the exceptional figures of the region.

Minister Yilmaz said that occasions such as the September 4^th celebrations are very important for the purpose of strengthening feelings of solidarity, fraternity and unity.

Governor Davut Gül thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu, Yılmaz and Tüfenkci for their visit.

The delegation then visited Sivas Mayor Sami Aydin at his office.

Mayor Aydin also mentioned the work that is underway and which is planned for Sivas.
