Speaking during the visit, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Bandırma economy is very lively and, “It is a great chance for Bandırma to have such a large number of entrepreneurs. I am very pleased with the work of the chairmen of the Bandırma Chamber of Commerce, the board of directors and the council.”

Explaining that entrepreneurship spirit in Turkey was discovered during the late Turgut Özal’s termas prime minister, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We must develop this entrepreneurial spirit. In the meantime, we must be in unity and solidarity on good and bad days. We have a habit of only coming together in times of crisis. The Turkish Nation recently gave the best example of unity on July 15^th.

Mehmet Kılkışlı, Chairman of Bandırma Chamber of Commerce, thanked Hisarcıklıoğlu for his support during his 4.5-year tenure and said, “We have updated the contact information of our 2,000 active members. Now, we reach them more easily electronically. We have the best working vocational committees in the country.”
