During the meeting Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Mayor Asya’s winning of the Mayor of the Year Award is a matter of great honor for both Asya and Muş.

Pointing out that the best example of public-private cooperation can be seen in Muş, Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked Mayor Asya for their private sector friendly approach.

Mayor Asya expressed happiness in regards to Hisarcıklıoğlu’s Muş visit.

Asya stated that with Hisarcıklıoğlu’s TOBB Presidency, Turkey has achieved a new standard; examining Turkey’s social and economic issues under a new light.

During the meeting Hisarcıklıoğlu presented Mayor Asya with a copy of the Book of Dede Korkut published by TOBB and signed the municipality’s memorial ledger. Also present during the meeting were TOBB Board Member Yahya Toplu, TOBB ETÜ Hospital Board Chair Şadan Eren as well as chamber/exchange presidents.
