Hisarcıklıoglu will meet Mr. Stefan Füle, European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy at lunch and visit Mr. Staffan Nilsson, President of European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) on the second day, 4th of February 2011.    ​
