Presented with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Manisa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO), TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Trade Exchange and then the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Manisa where he’d come for the award ceremony.

In his speech Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they are celebrating a holiday as it is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of TOBB and that he has come to Manisa to celebrate as a family.

Emphasizing that agriculture and livestock farming used to be for subsistence, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “These are now done for profit. Agriculture and livestock will gain value in the coming term because the world population increases by 74 million each year and 1.5 billion people have moved on to the middle-class in Asia. These people have started consuming.
