Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The opening speech was made by Osman Demircioğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hopa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and ideas were exchanged on the upcoming work of the Provincial Women and Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Councils in the region, regional trade and cooperation between the Councils.

Artvin Çoruh University Research Assistant Dr. Bulut Doğan made a presentation on Women and Youth Entrepreneurship in the Eastern Black Sea Region.

In the second session of the meeting, Chamber/Exchange Presidents from the regional provinces made their evaluation speeches.

TOBB Council Member and Rize CCI Chairman Şaban Aziz Karamehmetoğlu stated in his speech that they are aware of the importance of women and young entrepreneurs for the development of the regional economy as the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and Rize CCI, and that they are ready to contribute to all kinds of work they do and will do.

Erkut Çelebi, Chairman of Trabzon CCI Board of Directors, Adil Levent Karlıbel, Chairman of Ordu CCI Board of Directors, Eşref Merttürk, Chairman of Borçka CCI Assembly, Serkan Ergin, Chairman of Arhavi CCI Assembly addressed the participants.

The meeting was hosted by TOBB Artvin KGK President and Eastern Black Sea Regional Representative Sercan Özgen and attended by TOBB Bayburt KGK President Leyla Karabulut, TOBB Giresun KGK President Türkan Hocaoğlu, TOBB Gümüşhane KGK President Sibel Kandaz Olgun, TOBB Rize KGK President Funda Kazancı and TOBB Trabzon KGK President Ahsen Aydın.

TOBB Ordu GGK President and Eastern Black Sea Regional Representative Emrah Baş, TOBB Artvin GGK President Anıl Altunkaya, TOBB Bayburt GGK President Sedat Hanecioğlu, TOBB Giresun KGK President Ercan Günaydın, TOBB Gümüşhane GGK President Erhan Dabağ and TOBB Rize GGK President Muhammet Akkuş participated from the young entrepreneurs Councils of the provinces of the region.
