Training on Creating a Supportive Policy Framework for Promoting Youth and Women Entrepreneurship

The Training Program on Establishing a Supportive Policy Framework for Promoting Youth and Women Entrepreneurship was held online between 9-10 January 2024 with the support of TOBB.​

The program, which started with opening speeches on the first day, was attended by A. Saygın Baban, Head of Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department of TOBB; Dr. Nenden O. Shanty, Head of Training and Technical Cooperation Department of SESRIC; Ahmet Faruk Diken, Head of Women and Youth Empowerment, Resilience and Climate Action Department of the Islamic Development Bank; Fırat Güzeldağ, Head of International Organizations Department of the General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of National Education; and Kezban Akkurt, Head of International Organizations Department of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

A. Saygın Baban, Head of TOBB Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department, gave information about the Women and Young Entrepreneur Councils and emphasized the theme of entrepreneurship.

On the second day of the meeting, Duygu Kılıç Çanakcımaksutoğlu, Deputy Director of Entrepreneurship at TOBB, and Mert Kuleoğlu, Deputy Director of Environment, made presentations on Türkiye's entrepreneurship ecosystem and TOBB's entrepreneurship activities.
