TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his speech at the information meeting to business people and award ceremony organized by Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized that Turkish economy rapidly grew in last four quarters. We are better-off in terms of national income as compared with before the crisis.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu said that we are ranked as 16th largest economy in the world. Balance of export and import is the fundamental problem for Turkish economic growth.
 

 

Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that exchange rate is a significant factor to export but the problem is not a result from exchange rate. Exchange rate is nearly same rate in last nine years. Our problem is that electricity, water and petrol which are input of industry have increased since 2009. To compete against our rivals, no rise should be done.
 
Aksaray Governor Orhan AlimoÄŸlu stated that Aksaray has a huge potential and all intuitions institutions are working together. In Aksaray bureaucracy has almost reduced to a minimum.

 

 

 

Following the opening remarks, presented the awards to company. Members of Parliament Ali Rıza Alaboyun and Osman Ertuğrul, Aksaray Mayor Nevzat Palta, Rector of the University of Aksaray Prof. Dr. Necdet Sağlam and many business people have attended the ceremony.
