The seminar, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye in Ankara, garnered great interest.

Faik Yavuz, Treasurer Member of the Board of Directors of TOBB, and Metin Canoğulları, Country President of EY Türkiye, made the opening speeches of the event, which hosted over 500 guests.

During the seminar, experts from the tax and independent audit departments made assessments on the application and effects of inflation accounting in terms of the Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards.

Stating that inflation accounting will have a different impact on each business, experts emphasized that the implementation requires careful planning.
