Albanian Ambassador to Turkey Altin Kodra visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that, as two friend countries of the Balkans, they wish to turn the region into a zone of prosperity fully integrated to the global economy and said, “We wish to establish a strong and diversified economic cooperation with Albania.”​

Ambassador Kodra stated that he has completed his fourth year in Turkey and that he has done his best to strengthen Turkey-Albania relations during this time.

Emphasizing that the driving force behind Turkey’s growth is the private sector, Kodra stated that they view TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu as extremely active and successful as the representative of the private sector.
