TOBB Türkiye Packaging Council President Mustafa Tacir renewed confidence

The elective meeting of the Türkiye Packaging Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was held in İstanbul under the chairmanship of TOBB Board Members Zeki Kıvanç and Engin Yeşil with the participation of public, non-governmental organizations and private sector representatives in order to elect the Council Presidency and discuss sectoral problems.​
In his opening speech, TOBB Board Member Engin YeÅŸil underlined that the sector assemblies play an active role in solving the problems and stated that as TOBB, they are ready to provide all kinds of support to solve the problems of the sector.
TOBB Board Member Zeki Kıvanç started his opening speech by expressing his pleasure to work with the sector as the Board Member responsible for the TOBB Türkiye Packaging Council. Kıvanç emphasized the importance of the Council by stating that the packaging sector is one of the most important sectors of Türkiye.
As a result of the elections, Mustafa Tacir, Board Member of the Flexible Packaging Industrialists Association, was unanimously elected as Council President, and Alican Duran, General Manager of Duran DoÄŸan Print and Packaging Co. Inc., was elected as the Vice President.
The meeting ended with the consolidation of the problems experienced by the sector and solution proposals.
