Of the 4,486 capacity reports approved in September; 1,066 were issued in Ä°stanbul, 354 in Bursa, 273 in Ä°zmir, 266 in Ankara, 195 in Gaziantep, 192 in Konya, 181 in Kocaeli, 116 in Adana, 107 in Kayseri and TekirdaÄŸ.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industry Database increased by 4% (3,769) from 93,328 in September 2022 to 97,097 in September 2023.

According to Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 4.7% (179,600 units) from 3,799,061 in September 2022 to 3,978,661 in September 2023.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
