Of the 3,751 capacity reports approved in June; 1,011 were issued in İstanbul, 260 in Ankara, 245 in İzmir, 203 in Bursa, 177 in Konya, 141 in Kocaeli, 132 in Gaziantep, 106 in Tekirdağ, 86 in Kayseri, 83 in Adana.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industry Database increased by 4.4% (4,042) from 92,332 in June 2022 to 96,374 in June 2023.

According to Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 4.2% (157,670 units) from 3,767,882 in June 2022 to 3,925,552 in June 2023.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
