In this direction, as Amazon Türkiye, we are very happy to support the E-Commerce Expertise Training program, which came to life under the leadership of TOBB Türkiye E-Commerce Council. We believe that this training program, which will strengthen the experts who want to develop their careers in the e-commerce sector and the digitalization journey of SMEs in Türkiye, will make a significant contribution to the development of the sector and more SMEs to benefit from the advantages of e-commerce.”

Trendyol Executive Board Member Ozan Acar: “We aim to contribute to Türkiye’s digitalization by sharing our knowledge and experience. We contribute to the e-commerce development of our sellers with Trendyol Academy, our training platform that we launched to contribute to their adaptation to e-commerce. On the other hand, we provide technology and e-commerce consultancy to businesses in the earthquake zone with the ‘Order Hope’ program, which we launched to contribute to local producers, sellers and craftsmen in the disaster zone. With this cooperation with TOBB, we will both support more SMEs to digitalize and step into e-commerce and continue to heal the wounds of the disaster zone with solidarity.”

Yemeksepeti CEO Mert Baki:  “E-Commerce Expertise Training Project aims to increase qualified human resources in the e-commerce sector and contribute to the digitalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises under the leadership of TOBB Türkiye E-Commerce Council. In addition to the financial support we offer as the main supporter, our executives will make presentations on ‘the place of data in fast trade’, ‘relationship management with business partners in fast trade, business partner experience development and growth strategy’, ‘ideal user experience design in fast trade’ in these trainings and share their knowledge and experience with the participants.”

İsmail Okan Konyalıoğlu, General Manager of Askon Design Center: “This program, prepared with the contributions of TOBB and its business partners, will offer its participants a blended form of theory and current practice. IdeaSoft CEO Seyhun Özkara: “The e-commerce ecosystem is growing day by day and the need for qualified labor force is increasing in parallel. However, today, millions of employment potential cannot be used due to the lack of specialized personnel. E-commerce businesses also need specialized personnel. As IdeaSoft, we are now cooperating with TOBB after universities for the employment of specialized workforce in the e-commerce sector.”

Ticimax Founder CEO Cenk Çiğdemli: “This project brings together practical and theoretical knowledge as a training program that both academics and industry stakeholders will carry out together. Due to this feature, it will fill an important gap in the sector. The shortage of experts in e-commerce is an important problem. The employment gap in this field is growing day by day. One of the goals of this project is to close this gap rapidly under the leadership of TOBB Türkiye E-Commerce Council.”
