The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) First Legal Counsel Dr. İbrahim Bayar presented a paper on the TOBB Arbitration Center at the “Seminar Program on Mediation and Current Developments in Arbitration for the Public Workgroup on Arbitration” organized by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate General of Law and Legislation. ​
