Sectoral evaluation meeting on PPE processes in Istanbul

Sectoral Evaluation Meeting on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (PPE) Processes in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) was held at TOBB İstanbul Service Building Conference Hall for the cosmetics sector.​
Opening speeches of the meeting were given by TOBB Turkey Cosmetics and Hygiene Products Industry Council President Ahmet Pura, TOBB Board Member Cengiz Günay and Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Chemicals Registration and Classification Branch Manager Ethem Yanar.
Işıl Orhan, Environment and Urbanization Specialist of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, made a presentation about the Implementation of the Chemical Registration System and the Guidance Documents and the Candidate Substance List Process Subject to Permission.
Following the presentation, Melike Özener and Başak Gülsün, Members of TOBB Turkey Cosmetics and Hygiene Products Industry Council, conveyed the Council's evaluations on KKDİK.
After the evaluations, the meeting ended with a Q&A session.
