TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his message:

“The Turkey Trade Registry Gazette was first published on February 21st, 1957, continues its work to this day with the determination it had on its first day, the experienced gained over the years and the opportunities presented to it by advancing technology.

Celebrating its 55th anniversary and over 8000 volumes, the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette was announced to the public with, “Turkey Trade Registry Gazette will published by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey every day except on holidays in Ankara,” in addition to legal grounds.

Where the first issue was comprised of five pages, today the average daily page count for the Gazette reaches 844, the amount of announcement up to 2646. In line with this increase and developing technology, the Gazette provides its services through the information portal which can be reached through www.ticaretsicil.gov.tr.

The daily updated Turkey Trade Registry Gazette Information Portal has 337,613 active members and receives over a million hits a day.

All announcements, the publishing of which are legally mandatory, made from the establishment to the liquidation of companies are published in the Turkey Trade Registry Gazette in order to ensure the security of commercial life.

The Turkey Trade Registry Gazette provides data for the ‘Newly Established and Closed Companies Statistics’ published by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey as part of the Official Statistics Program.
