My Sister Summit in Istanbul

My Sister Summit was held within the scope of My Sister Project, which was carried out in partnership with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Habitat Association and Coca-Cola Turkey to support women's participation in economic life.​

The future objectives of the project were discussed at the summit held in Istanbul. The project aims to increase the number to 700,000 by the end of the year by supporting the participation of 429,000 women in economic life.

TOBB Board Member Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council President Nurten Öztürk, Coca-Cola Eurasia and Middle East Operations Unit Head Evguenia Stoichkova attended the event.

The event also announced the third grant program implemented within the scope of the My Sister Project, as well as new collaborations. TOBB University of Economics and Technology (ETU) and Akbank also joined the supporters of my Sister Project. The achievements of entrepreneurial women who have completed the training program within the scope of the project will be registered with the certificate issued by TOBB ETU. TOBB ETU, established by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, will cooperate on updating the educational content as well as training more women.

Moderated by Habitat Association Chairman Sezai Hazır; Coca-Cola Turkey General Manager Başak Karaca, Coca-Cola Beverage Group Human Resources Director Ebru Özgen, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board Member Canan İşmen and IWF Turkey President Gülden Türktan attended the panel and conveyed experiences that encouraged other women with their achievements in different areas of life.
