Kyrgyzstan Council of Ministers Chairman Akılbek Caparov met with TOBB Vice Chairman Selçuk Öztürk and his delegation.

Noting the importance and great potential of economic cooperation between the two countries, Caparov said, “We believe it is time to take decisive steps to remove the technical barriers to bilateral trade. We are now launching major reforms in the economy and public administration. Special attention is paid to projects in fields such as industry, agriculture, textiles and hydroelectricity.”

Caparov said they want to establish an industrial zone in Kyrgyzstan where factories and facilities coexist.

The Turkish delegation was informed about Kyrgyzstan's investment and export potential.
